Designed For Everything From Daily Driving And Heavy Towing To Aggressive Off-Road Use, This Complete Suspension System Provides Increased Wheel Travel, Corrected Suspension Geometry, Improved Steering Stability, And Superior Damping Control On Any Terrain.
At The Core Of The System Are Our Precision-Tuned 2.0" IFP Shocks, Custom Valved Specifically For The Weight And Suspension Characteristics Of Ram 2500 HD Trucks. Paired With Our Soft-Rate Linear Front Coil Springs And Soft-Rate Rear Coil Springs, They Deliver The Perfect Blend Of Ride Comfort, High Performance, And Excellent Vehicle Control. The Soft-Rate Spring Design Provides Outstanding Highway Comfort While Maintaining Exceptional Stability And Suspension Performance On Rough Terrain.
Our Heavy-Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets Are One Of The Most Important Components In The System. Manufactured From 1/4" Laser-Cut Steel And Precision CNC Formed, They Properly Reposition The Factory Radius Arms To Restore Correct Caster And Coil Spring Geometry At The New Ride Height. This Reduces Coil Spring Bow, Improves Ride Quality, Steering Stability, And Suspension Performance, While Maintaining OEM Suspension Characteristics. Designed Using OEM CAD Data, The Brackets Feature A True Bolt-On Design With No Cutting Or Welding Required, And Their Unique Design Allows The Chassis And Powertrain To Be Serviced Without Removing The Radius Arm Drops.
The Included Pro One Design Forged Adjustable Track Bar Is Precision Forged From 1541 High-Strength Steel For Exceptional Strength And Durability. The Large 1-1/4" Diameter 4140 Heat-Treated Chromoly Threaded Coupler Features Left- And Right-Hand Threads, Allowing Quick And Precise On-Truck Adjustments Without Removing The Track Bar. A Massive 7/8" PTFE-Lined Spherical Bearing On The Axle Side And A High-Durometer Polyurethane Bushing On The Frame Side Minimize Deflection While Maintaining Excellent Ride Quality And Long-Term Reliability.

Before You Install
Suspension modification notice. Installing this product modifies the suspension of your vehicle. A modified vehicle may handle differently than it did from the factory. Reduced speeds and different driving technique may be required, particularly in sharp turns and abrupt maneuvers. Always wear seat belts.
Alignment. Your vehicle will likely require an alignment after installation, at additional cost.
Headlamp aim. Check and adjust headlamp aim after installation.
Driver assistance systems. If your truck has camera- or radar-based safety systems, they may need to be re-aimed or recalibrated by a dealer after a ride-height change.
Read the instructions all the way through before starting. Installation by a qualified technician is recommended. Some modifications may not be legal in every state — check your local laws.
