The Pro One Design Heavy-Duty Adjustable Rear Lowering Shackles Are Engineered To Provide Superior Strength, Durability, And Ride Quality For 1999-2026 Ford F-250, F-350, And F-450 Trucks. Unlike Many Aftermarket Shackles Manufactured From Thin Stamped Steel, Pro One Design Shackles Are Precision Laser Cut From 1/4-Inch Heavy-Duty Steel Plate And Reinforced With DOM Steel Tubing For Exceptional Structural Integrity And Long-Lasting Performance.

Each Shackle Is Equipped With High-Performance Greaseable Polyurethane Bushings, Heavy-Duty Zinc-Plated Steel Inner Sleeves, And Integrated Grease Zerks To Ensure Smooth Operation While Minimizing Wear And Extending Service Life.

The Increased Shackle Length Allows The Rear Leaf Spring To Cycle More Freely, Producing A Smoother, More Compliant Ride Without Affecting The Truck's Payload Capacity. Installation Is Completely Bolt-On Using The Factory Mounting Hardware.

Three Adjustable Mounting Positions Allow You To Fine-Tune Your Rear Ride Height To Best Suit Your Application. When Used With Factory Leaf Springs, The Available Lowering Positions Provide Approximately 1/4 Inch, 7/8 Inch, Or 1.25 Inches Of Rear Drop. Actual Lowering Height May Vary When Used With Aftermarket Leaf Spring Packs.

Installation Notes

Because These Shackles Lower Only The Rear Attachment Point Of The Leaf Spring, Installation Will Alter The Leaf Spring Angle, Axle Relationship, And Rear Pinion Angle.

• Trucks Equipped With Factory Upper Overload Springs May Experience Earlier Or Increased Overload Spring Engagement.
• Depending On Vehicle Configuration And Lift Height, The Pinion Angle Change May Introduce Driveline Vibration. This Can Typically Be Corrected With Pinion Shims (Sold Separately).
• Vehicles Equipped With Aftermarket Overload Air Bag Systems May Require Modification Or Relocation Of The Air Bag Brackets To Accommodate The Reduced Rear Ride Height.
• Uses Factory Mounting Hardware For A Straightforward Bolt-On Installation.
• Payload Capacity Is Not Reduced By The Installation Of These Shackles.
