The Pro One Design Billet Upper Control Arms Are Engineered As A Premium, High-Strength Upgrade For The 2021–2026 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor. Designed To Improve Strength, Suspension Geometry, Alignment Capability, And Overall Front Suspension Performance, These Arms Are Built For Everything From Daily Driving To Aggressive High-Speed Off-Road Use.
Each Upper Control Arm Is Precision CNC Machined From American-Sourced 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, Providing Exceptional Strength And Rigidity While Eliminating The Flex And Deflection Commonly Associated With Factory Upper Control Arms.
The Revised Control Arm Geometry Is Designed To Provide Improved Caster And Increased Alignment Capability On Leveled And Lifted Gen 3 Raptors, Helping Maintain Proper Front-End Geometry At Increased Ride Heights.
Heavy-Duty USA-Made FK 7/8" Rod Ends Provide A Precise, Direct Connection At The Chassis, While Massive 1" Uniballs Replace The Factory Upper Ball Joints To Provide Increased Strength, Articulation, And Suspension Freedom Throughout Wheel Travel.
For Gen 3 Raptors Equipped With Live Valve Suspension, The Arms Include A Billet Live Valve Sensor Rod That Is 10mm Longer Than Stock. The Revised Sensor Rod Length Helps Correct The Live Valve Position At Increased Ride Heights, Keeping The Shock Operating In The Proper Ride Zone And Helping Maintain Improved Ride Quality And Shock Performance.
Every Arm Is Designed In-House Using Advanced CAD Modeling And 3D Metrology Scanning To Accurately Capture Factory Suspension Mounting Points, Clearances, And Geometry.
The Arms Come Fully Assembled, Pre-Set, And Ready For Installation. There Is No Need To Measure Or Set Control Arm Length Before Installation.
