At The Core Of The System Are Our Precision-Tuned 2.0" Remote Reservoir Shocks, Custom Valved Specifically For The Weight And Suspension Characteristics Of Ram 2500 HD Trucks. Paired With Our Soft-Rate Linear Front Coil Springs, They Deliver The Perfect Blend Of Ride Comfort, High Performance, And Excellent Vehicle Control. The Soft-Rate Spring Design Provides Outstanding Highway Comfort While Maintaining Exceptional Stability And Suspension Performance On Rough Terrain.
Our Heavy-Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets Are One Of The Most Important Components In The System. Manufactured From 1/4" Laser-Cut Steel And Precision CNC Formed, They Properly Reposition The Factory Radius Arms To Restore Correct Caster And Coil Spring Geometry At The New Ride Height. This Reduces Coil Spring Bow, Improves Ride Quality, Steering Stability, And Suspension Performance, While Maintaining OEM Suspension Characteristics. Designed Using OEM CAD Data, The Brackets Feature A True Bolt-On Design With No Cutting Or Welding Required, And Their Unique Design Allows The Chassis And Powertrain To Be Serviced Without Removing The Radius Arm Drops.
The Included Pro One Design Forged Adjustable Track Bar Is Precision Forged From 1541 High-Strength Steel For Exceptional Strength And Durability. The Large 1-1/4" Diameter 4140 Heat-Treated Chromoly Threaded Coupler Features Left- And Right-Hand Threads, Allowing Quick And Precise On-Truck Adjustments Without Removing The Track Bar. A Massive 7/8" PTFE-Lined Spherical Bearing On The Axle Side And A High-Durometer Polyurethane Bushing On The Frame Side Minimize Deflection While Maintaining Excellent Ride Quality And Long-Term Reliability.
To Complete The System, Fabricated Rear Air Bag Spacers To Maintain Proper Factory Air Bag Alignment At The New Ride Height, And 1.5" Front Bump Stops To Properly Control Suspension Compression During Aggressive Off-Road Use.
